Usage Agreement
By subscribing your church or organization to 24-7Discipleship you agree to the following:
--That you represent the organization in an official capacity, you are authorized to make charges on its behalf for the purpose of subscribing to this service, and you are authorized to establish this service which includes the use of your church/organization's name and logo on your customized 24-7Discipleship website.
--All of the 24-7Discipleship content including, but not limited to, videos, Bible studies, site design, etc. is copyrighted. You are granted a license to use the content, within the terms of this agreement, as long as your subscription remains current.
--You (meaning you, your organization, or anyone in your organization) may make unlimited numbers of hard copies of any of the materials for your organization's use as long as your subscription is current. You may publicly show any of the videos.
--You may not transfer or distribute to churches, organizations, or to any individual outside of your organization, any 24-7Discipleship content. Nor may you post 24-7Discipleship content on any website other than the 24-7Discipleship site that is provided to you.
--You may not sell access to Your 24-7Discipleship site nor may you sell any 24-7Discipleship content.
--If your subscription is cancelled, you will immediately cease using, copying or distributing the 24-7Discipleship content. You understand that once a subscription is cancelled your 24-7Discipleship site will be de-activated and any content placed on it might be permanently lost.
--You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. There are, however, no refunds for any unused days that might be remaining in your billing cycle.
